Alisa Burke shares some amazing ideas using book pages as holiday crafts. These would be a great way to re-purpose books you picked up for free or pennies — or those sitting on your shelves which you no longer need and which won’t sell for much at all.

That is so cute. I love the little envelopes too.
Good idea with the sheet music. I have a musically-inclined friend who is going to love her Christmas present wrapped like that. 🙂

These are fantastic….we did some origami animals with old book pages for my school library. I also was able to get some beautiful ornaments made from old paperback books that they were taking down from our local Anthropologie (thanks Nicole). They folded the pages so they looked like giant ornaments (we did trees like them from phone books when I was in Bluebirds).
I think the sheet music that Patrice mentioned would be beautiful, so would old maps.

These are amazing! I am always looking for great looking ways to dress up a present that has to be mailed. I love the button/flower topper for the bow. I think I will make some of these for next holiday season they look great!

Thank you for sharing this. I have a box of old sheet music which I can use instead of book pages.

@Patrice, I was just thinking the same thing – I bet this would look great with old sheet music, and I have tons of it too!
