For years, people have asked me how I am able to do everything I do: have a strong marriage, homeschool three kids, maintain close friendships, read avidly, stick to a budget, keep a clean and clutter-free house, run a very successful online business, write books, and speak at events around the country.
The truth is, I don’t do it perfectly (at all!), but my secret to doing multiple things while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle and having time to spend doing things I love is that since the time I was 11 years old, I’ve committed to get up and be intentional about how I spend the first two hours of my day.
It’s a simple thing, but I’ve found that using my morning hours well, sets up my whole day for success.
I get more done.
I have more energy.
And I have more breathing room in my life.
Because people are constantly asking me for more details on my morning routine and how I accomplish all I do, I’ve long had a dream of creating an online course with step-by-step help, doable projects, personal stories, inspiring encouragement to help you get into the habit of using your mornings well.
For many months, this idea was just a dream. But in November of 2014, that dream started to grow legs and become more of a reality. Our team began brainstorming, praying, researching, writing, editing, tweaking, and brainstorming some more.
In March, we had a few days of intense filming for the course. And then we spent more time tweaking, editing, cutting, re-working, and polishing things up.
I’ve never invested so much $$ or time into any project as far as I can remember. But it was worth it, because the finished product is amazing. Truly. I’ve never been more excited about something we’ve put together.
And today, I’m thrilled to get to introduce you to the Make Over Your Mornings Course — a 14-day online course that includes videos, a workbook, and step-by-step projects.
This 14-day course is designed to help you revolutionize your productivity, streamline your routines, invest your time in things that truly matter, and find more joy and peace in the process.
If you’ve ever wished that you could figure out how to get more done, have more organization in your life, and find time to spend on things you love, the Make Over Your Mornings Course is for you.
It’s not about following a one-size-fits-all system (because every woman and family is different!), but about creating a morning that is in line with your life, your strengths, your family’s needs, and your unique situation.
You Won’t Want to Miss Our Launch Sale on Tuesday
I’ll be sharing more about the course and unveiling the site with all of the details on Monday, but for now, I wanted to let you know that it is coming and also to give you the heads up about our low-low-low launch day special prices we’ll be offering.
In all honesty, knowing how much we invested in this course, my team wanted to charge more for the course. And I know we could. But I am very committed to making this course affordable and accessible for every woman — not just those who have a lot of wiggle room in their budgets to invest in online courses.
So, the course — including all the videos, the workbook, and the projects — will regularly retail for just $17. However, because I wanted to do something really special on launch day, we’re going to kick off this course with the following special prices — some of these are the lowest prices you will ever see on this course. Period. So get ’em while you can!
The Crazy-Can’t-Miss-Low-Low-Low Launch Sale Prices:
25% Of All Sales on Tuesday Go to South Africa
You all know that when I visited South Africa in January, I left part of my heart there. But I also came back so stoked because I realized that we could use opportunities like this Make Over Your Mornings course launch to make a huge impact in the poorest communities there.
So here’s the deal: the greatest needs right now are for a two-classroom facility and two Enviro-Loo toilets at the Reagoboka Centre (read more about our visit there here). The cost of both of these combined is $14,000.
On Tuesday (June 2, 2015), when we launch this course and offer a crazy, once-in-a-lifetime deal, we will be donating 25% of ALL direct purchases from our site to the the ministry in South Africa.
And since I’m a big, big dreamer, I am praying that on Tuesday, with the sales through our site, we’ll raise $14,000 for South Africa. Will you join me in praying for this?
That will make every single long hour and day poured into this project so very worth it. Best of all, I hope it encourages you to know that by purchase the course, you’re not just making a difference in your own life — you’re helping provide basic necessities for some of the neediest children in South Africa, many of whom don’t have parents and are barely eeking by.
So mark your calendars, set aside the money in your budget, and get ready to change your mornings — as well as change hundreds of lives halfway around the world!
P.S. Would you like to share this course to your friends, on your social media channels, and/or on your blog and earn 50% of all sales through your referral link? Sign up here to become an affiliate.
Do the videos have closed captioning on them? I’m profoundly deaf and need written words to understand what is being discussed.
I will be up at 6 AM Tuesday morning, I’m excited to get the discounted rate. I have been following this website the ideas for about four months.
I’m going to try to order this the earliest I can. I am a nana that has my grown daughter and my grandson back at home for a couple of months. I want to be able to get up before them, clear my head, spend time with God, go to work and come home with more accomplished so that I’m not frazzled! Sanity and patience will be key for me. Can’t wait to get started.
Thanks Crystal
Crystal: That is very kind of you to offer these discounted prices. Thank you very much.
Trying to decide if this is worth the money or not. I know you said it’s not about getting up early but with 4 small children anytime I attempt any kind of goals or to do list something always comes up and my plans are derailed. I’m wondering if this course would actually help me or just leave me even more frustrated that I can’t seem to get my act together and accomplish little more than wiping bottoms and faces and preparing and cleaning up meals and keeping the baby out of every single little thing she tries to put in her mouth!
Dear Jen,
Boy, do I hear you. I have lived your days and I continue to live those days. I just wanted you to know that you are not alone. I know what it is like to long for organization, sanity and mission that goals provide. Speaking from personal experience, sometimes the goals have to take the back burner to survival. And sometimes, they don’t. Either way, I hope you find the energy to accomplish what needs to be done each day and the encouragement to keep on.
Jen, I think it will be totally worth it. I lived through 4 kids age 5 and under and I know how you feel. Now that my youngest is 4, it is SO MUCH EASIER to have motivated mornings and to get up a few minutes before the kids in order to plan and pray, etc. If you’re on a really tight budget, like I am, I encourage you to order it when it’s $5. I’ve followed Crystal for 8 years, and her products never, ever disappoint. I’ve learned so much from her and I know it will be worth the price of a fancy coffee to you for how it may inspire you to just make one change or take one small step towards less chaos in your exhausting season of life right now.
Jen — been there too, and I’m just now coming out of that fog and hoping this will help me figure out what I do now that I actually feel capable of doing something. If you’re on the fence, you might consider that the website says you get these downloads and they’re yours for life (videos and all). Maybe you look at the course and it doesn’t work for you now, but you can try it again in a few years when life looks different. Or maybe you try it now and pick up a couple of small things that work now, and then you go back later and add more. Just a thought if you’re not sure.
Crystal, this is just so timely!
I am finishing up my 4th week in a row of getting up early. My one and only goal was to get up early to study God’s Word in the peace and quiet. For years, I’ve had a quiet time in the afternoon, but it was starting to slide since my kiddos are getting older.
Even though my only goal was to spend time with God in the mornings before the house wakes up, my whole morning transformed into something I don’t even recognize any longer! Living intentionally in those new-to-me morning hours completely changes my day now.
I can’t wait to order your course on Tuesday (yes, I will be up in time! ha!) and see how I can make my mornings even more productive.
Thank you in advance for offering it at such an affordable price!
xo, Lauren
Thanks for the beautiful course, Crystal. I am sure this is one of the missing pieces in my life right now. I shared on Pinterest. 🙂
THANK YOU for doing a low price!!! I have very little wiggle room in our budget right now due to storm damage in TX. Thanks to your advice, we have money saved for this emergency without dipping into our regular savings. I am setting my alarm clock early June 2nd!
Can’t wait for this.
I’m curious about the format of the course. Is there a set time each day for the 2 week course or self-paced to access when time is available, etc.? Is there a video each day of the 2 weeks, and how long is each video segment?
I’m interested in the concept, but want to make sure I have the time commitment necessary for the course.
The course is self-paced. When you purchase it, you’ll have access to the videos and handbook and projects for life. Here’s more information from the sales page on the length:
—–
You might have just read through the above and felt like, “Yes! Yes! I totally want to make over my mornings but I just don’t have any extra time to go through a course.”
Well, I have good news for you! I specifically set up this course so that each day’s assignment could be completed in 15 minutes or less. That’s it!
Each day you’ll read a short chapter in the handbook, watch a short video I’ve recorded for you with practical tips and encouragement + an inside peek in my home and family life, and you’ll have a simple but impactful project to complete.
In total, these three things were designed to be completed in 15 minutes or less. This small investment—just 15 minutes of your day—can yield potentially amazing results for yourself and your family.
Whoo-hoo-hoo! I am SO excited about this! You will make a great mentor. I signed up to be an affiliate. My readers will love this.
Will there be an option to purchase for a friend? I would like to purchase one for me and one for a friend in another state as a gift. Thank you
You can buy an extra copy and send your friend the email with her login information. Or, you should be able to put her email in at the checkout and it will send it directly to her.
Great thank you. I will try that.
I want to become an affiliate, but you have to enter your social security number and it doesn’t appear to be a secure connection (https). Is there any way to get around that?
Leah –
This is Joy from Crystal’s team. Just email me at joy at moneysavingmom dot com and I can help you.
Thanks!
Crystal, I am so excited for your launch and am praying big with you. God is so good and loves a generous giver. May your big dreams be answered with even bigger results.
Looking forward to seeing God’s answer to prayers
Thanks for the clarification Crystal. I am always open to revamping my morning routine. As the kids get older and school gets more intense I need to be more intentional anyway. Eldest starts high school next year. Pray for me!
This looks great! I just have one question (and I am sorry if you already answered it; I haven’t read through all the comments). I do not have a smart phone or any other device except my home computer. Will I be able to view this on my computer?
Yes, you can definitely access it on a home computer. The workbook can be printed out or read online and the videos can be watched on your computer.
This is exactly what I need right now. I am looking for the best way to balance everything. Can’t wait to sign up for this.
Hello super excited aboutthis that i will be waking up early just to buy this. but my question is, where will i go to order this awesome thing!
I’ll have links and more info on my site as soon as the sale is live, but it will be on MakeOverYourMornings.com (the site isn’t done yet, so if you peek at it, know that there are still some typos and sections missing. :))
Oh and I missed the prayer request part – just did that too! Lord, bless this effort! 🙂
Thank you SO much!
Congrats! So exciting! And how awesome that part goes to missions. Love it! 🙂 Come on June 2nd!
This course looks amazing! I can hardly wait. Thank you for offer this valuable resource at a great price!
Crystal, this looks and sounds amazing. Good on you! The design cover is beautiful too. I’ll be getting it and glad to support children in poverty from South Africa (I’m originally South African, living in England), and have worked for Compassion, so SA and helping children in poverty is close to my heart… you’re amazing. I have no doubt your course will fly off the ‘online’ shelf!
Thanks so much for your kind encouragement! Joy from FiveJs.com did an amazing job of capturing and creating the look I was hoping for in the cover design. I love it, too!
I’m SO excited about this! You are offering it for a great price, and I know it will be fantastic quality! Thank you for all you do, and what a generous heart you have to try to help those in South Africa!
lol this sounds great! However, I already wake up at 4:30 because I have to be at work at 5:30, so I can’t imagine that getting up an extra two hours (or even 1 hour!) would work for me. 🙁 I’ll just have to get used to always being behind.
Katrina,
Take a chance…look at the comment above where Agnes said to be careful in using the word “always”. You’ve locked yourself into a position that might pleasantly change when you open up and take a chance of doing something different. It could change your life.
Everyone just settle down. I wasn’t trying to be grumpy. I was literally laughing. Because I get excited when Crystal does new things here! I really do, this is my favorite blog. 🙂 I’m just also sure that I will not be taking this course. I just thought it was funny that I was excited to see it, and then was all. Oh. Yeah, I have a morning and nighttime routine, and I’m still struggling because these work times are just not for me. Darn.
Oh well. Maybe the next one will be for me! It’s all good!
Just to clarify: This course is not about waking up earlier, but about approaching your day from a different mindset.

I can’t wait to take the course! Sounds great, Crystal. 🙂
Really looking forward to this opportunity! Thank you for taking the time and energy and money to make this product.
I agree that mornings are my best time to be productive so I’m looking forward to this course – and the insights you can share! You’ve made it very affordable, especially with all the launch day deals!
Best wishes! ?
So excited about this! I am much more productive at night than in the mornings, so I think there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.
Ditto Sharon…will you include an option to make an additional contribution on the order page?
I think many would give a little extra to reach that goal!
Such a great idea!
I’m already really efficient with my mornings but I’m happy to purchase this product at the sales price to support your work! $5 or $7 is a bargain!
Crystal,
You made such a difference in my life through things I have purchased on your website like Kyle Schultz Photography and I’m fixin’ to dig into the Dressing Your Truth course that I am SO excited about!
You are doing great things!
I’m so, so glad to hear this! I hope you love Dressing Your Truth!
I’m SO looking forward to this! And I REALLY appreciate the way you remain true to yourself and your mission…by offering these crazy low prices. I know you could charge (and make) so much more. AND. I love the opportunity for the win-win of buying on Tuesday. Thank you, Crystal! You’re a class act.
I so agree. These prices are really generous, and combined with Crystal donating part of the proceeds, I just can’t help but want to purchase so many of them. 🙂
I need to get this! I have a hard time getting up early and being intentional. What time do you go to bed?
Just to clarify: this course is not about getting up early, but about using your mornings well. So no matter what time you choose to go to bed or wake up, you can still use the principles in it to help you set your day up for success.
To answer your question: Right now, I try to go to bed between 9:30-10:30 and get up between 5:30-6:30. This changes somewhat as seasons change, but that’s what’s working well for me right now.
Super excited! Can I make a suggestion? I will be getting up early to get the bargain BUT can you make a box available to make an additional donation to help the people in South Africa?
I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way I can do that — thanks for the suggestion!
You do accomplish an awful lot but one thing you mentioned that probably helps you be able to do so much is the team you mentioned. 😉
I am constantly impressed by your integrity. Keeping the price below $20 makes it so attainable for so many more people!!
I’ll shoot for the $7 deal as the extra sleep is worth $2 to me 😉 Just in time for summer. I’ll have a break from the busy days of teaching to watch this. I’ll be all set to go again in fall!’
I dislike that you’re always trying to sella product.
I’m sad that is what you think of Crystal’s site and it’s not at all true. There is SO much information that is provided for free by Crystal and her team; to charge even $17 for something like this is very reasonable and to donate proceeds to needs in Africa…win/win.
I agree! Much, much info AND inspiration at NO charge!
I agree with Amy. Crystal does have some products she’s trying to sell to support her business and family. Isn’t that what business owners do? There are tons of free resources on this blog but this course will really benefit people who don’t have the time or energy to dig through tons of old posts gleaning how Crystal uses her morning times.
carefully when using the word “ALWAYS” which clearly, in this case, is NOT true. You always have the option not to buy (obviously) and not to view this website if it’s not to your specifications. It’s all free will.
Autumn is probably a troll just trying to stir up trouble. But I see this attitude permeating out there all the time. It’s the attitude of entitlement, that you are entitled to have everything for free.
Surely, Autumn, *you* don’t work for free, do you?
If you accept a salary for your job, you are “selling” your skills and expertise to a company; day in and day out you sell your time and efforts, and they pay you for it. Fundamentally, it’s no different from selling a product.
And if you don’t get paid for any of your work –if you donate all of your time and efforts to volunteering– then you can’t support yourself and are therefore mooching off of someone, whether it is family, a friend, or the taxpayers.
Who is contributing to society more: the person “selling” or the person mooching? Clearly, when you work (whether that’s in the form of being an employee or creating your own products and selling them like Crystal does), you contribute to society. It’s NOT a bad thing!
Yes, there are sleazy people out there selling false promises, but that doesn’t make it wrong or greedy to sell something. Everyone who works is “selling” something (their skills and expertise), and it really bothers me that society in general is turning that into a bad thing.
… okay, off my soapbox.
Well said, LP. 🙂
I’ve met Crystal a few weeks ago at her conference booth and while we talked for quite a bit she NEVER redirected me to look at her product. She was super sweet and genuinely interested in all I had to say. Quite honestly I was somewhat embarrassed when I realized on my way home that I didn’t even take time to look at the booth once our conversation was over. Although I waited to buy her 2nd book when it was on an amazing deal for the kindle ($1.99 I think) and same for an ebook, I simply skip over products posts if it’s something that doesn’t interest me, just like I do with any post that is not of my interest. This is what I was planning on doing if this one wasn’t for me but reading her explanation that this course can suit many of us I might just give it a try for the promo price.
Wondering if the course has any advice regarding mornings if you have an infant who wakes many times at night or if the course would be relevant for that? I know I’ve seen you mention before that you don’t necessarily think mothers with newborns who are getting up often at night to get up early. However, I have a 10 month old who just despises sleep (despite all our best efforts to “sleep train” her), and so this isn’t just a phase that lasts a few weeks – it’s been a way of life for nearly a year. I hate to use her frequent nightwaking as an excuse, but it’s quite literally been over a year since I’ve had a solid 8 hours of sleep (since I wasn’t able to sleep well in my third trimester either), and I’m SO exhausted. I feel like I need to sleep when I can since I have no idea when I’ll get to sleep much again.
One of the things I really tried to address in the course was that there are seasons in life — and some of those will be ones where sleep is hard to come by. (I had two children who didn’t sleep through the night at all for 12-14 months — it’s HARD!)
I think you could definitely glean a lot of helpful ideas from the course, even though you’re in a season where sleep is in high demand, because the course isn’t about waking up early or getting the perfect night’s sleep, but about using your mornings well and setting up your days for success.
That said, we are also offering a 100% money-back guarantee because I don’t want anyone to purchase the course and then realize it’s just not a good fit or a help for them at the season of life they are in.
{Hugs!} I so wish I could come over and let you get a nap in today! I have a special place in my heart for moms with kids who don’t sleep through the night!
When you’ve blogged about your African charities in the past, I’ve asked for direction where to learn more about these organizations, but you have never responded, either in the forum or privately. The links in previous posts only go to their donation sites.
I support several charities that provide for children in third world countries and I’m glad to do it, but I like to review the financial statements of these organizations so see where the money is truly going. There is a huge difference in overhead among charities. And I like to know where they stand on issues. There are several charities I refuse to support because of their stance against international adoption, for example.
I’d consider supporting your charity if you could respond and let me know how to learn more about the charity you’re supporting here.
I’m so sorry that I must have missed your previous questions! You can read all about the organization we’re going through here (I’ve linked to this in the past, but I know it’s easy to miss):
https://www.helponenow.org/ten-dollar-tribe-SA/
You can see the financial reports from the last few years there on the Annual Reports section. However, 100% of the donations to South Africa through Help One Now are currently going straight to the work in South Africa. Our family is funding all of the overhead costs for the running of the ministries in South Africa so that all money given from readers can go directly to pay for food, shelter, clothing, etc.
Good to know. Thank you for responding.
This looks great Crystal! Thanks so much for using your gifts to not only bless us fellow moms, but also kids in another part of the world! Can’t wait to check it out.
Ahhh! Can’t wait! Looks wonderful! 🙂
Super excited!! 🙂
So excited! Can’t wait to purchase it 🙂
I can’t WAIT for this! I’m a new reader, but have loved everything on this site! I am thrilled for this course! Thank you!
Am looking forward to the course IF I can get it on my iPad. The other things I’ve signed up and paid for (grocery university & can’t remember the other) have never been seen by me as I do not have a smartphone.
You should be able to access it easily from your iPad. We set this course up completely different in that you’ll have a login page where you can go in and access all of the videos, the workbook, etc. — so you should be able to access it from any computer or device and can then download the workbook to your iPad or read it directly on the site.
Also, hopefully you were able to get your money back on the things you couldn’t access?? I’m so sorry about that!
No, but don’t worry about that. I am excited to sign up for this one! I love to get up early and besides dusk think earrrly morning is the best time of the day!
Crystal, this is SO awesome. I have been looking forward to this course since you announced it, and honestly, $17 for a *regular* price is a bargain! Can’t wait to check it out! 🙂
You make it hard to be glad about a bargain….maybe I want to pay more to help reach your goal?!? Love this!!!
Can’t wait!! Just curious, as a teacher who wakes up at 5am every morning, will this still be helpful? Also you look so pretty in the pics of the video!
I’m also a teacher working out of the home, with 5 little ones. I’m super excited about this, but money is also really tight so I can’t afford to take a chance of it not helping in my situation!
{Copied from a comment above to make sure you both see this.}
I wrote the course for a wide spectrum of women in mind — whether you are single, married, have kids or don’t, work, or stay home. And to clarify: it’s not about getting up early, but about using your mornings well.

Question – do you feel that the content will still be relevant for a work out of the home mom with 4 kids who are in public school? My mornings start pretty darn early already (5:15am) and are fairly regimented – everyone’s out of the house by 7:30am. I can’t see how I can fit anything new in there but I’m definitely open to trying to do things in a new way.
Thanks for the input!
I was wondering the same thing. I’m up at 5 am and out the door with three young kids by
6:20 am
I am also wondering if the course is mostly for WAHMs or SAHMs. I am a working mom and would love the course, but want to make sure it is relevant!
I’m with you ladies. I’m out of the house at 645 at the latest. My prep work happens the night before. I hope this course will have some value. I’m willing to give it a try at the introductory price though.
My first thought, too.
Seems like a lot of us are wondering the same thing. I’m hoping the suggestions can be applied to a different part of the day like right after I get home from work or in the evening before bed to get the next day started right.
What about non-mums who work from home part-time? Kids are on the cards in the future, but if I could get more done in my days then they’d be coming around sooner, which I’d love!

My life exactly!!!
I’m really looking forward to this!
This is just what I need – once my baby is sleeping through the night. I’m super excited!!
I’m hoping there will be tips for how to do get better mornings even before the baby sleeps through the night! 😉 (The mornings just might not happen every day, or the mornings might not include getting quite as much done, or some modification like that? 🙂 )
Are you crazy 😛
12 a.m. to 7 a.m. EST
I was glad for this being on the west coast! I can order before bedtime! 😉
Yes, I’m wondering if I’ll be able to purchase at 9 pm PST, as I’m on the west coast? Cause 4 am aint happening…
Yes! We chose the times with the hopes that it would make accessible times for people on different time zones to still get in on the deal without having to set their alarm clock for the middle of the night. 🙂
I noticed the times right away. As a west coast reader, thank you so much for thinking of us, too!
Great idea… That didn’t occur to me!
Good thinking, Jen!
Crystal I can’t wait for this course!! I saw you sharing about it in March on Instagram when you were filming and I can’t wait to go through it 😀 Setting my alarm on Tuesday!!
Writing it on my calendar! Thank you!
So very very VERY excited for this!!!! 😀
