All of my coupons are from the CVS app. I highly recommend it if you don’t have it already! Just log in to your account and clip the coupons you want, and they automatically come off in the store. I submitted the Schick rebate to Shopmium and received an email back:
“We checked our records and found that you attempted to redeem the same offer on two different platforms using the same receipt, which is against our terms of use.
Note: Coupons cannot be redeemed on two platforms using the same purchase receipt. If found then there are chances that account gets terminated as per our Terms of Service. Please refer our Terms of Service for more details : https://www.shopmium.com/us/terms-conditions”
How are you getting this rebate in addition to the manufacturer coupon and Alexa rebate?
Brigette says
I’m sorry you’re having trouble, but I’m glad you brought it up because it looks like the Alexa app’s coupon policy has recently changed.
You should definitely be able to submit to both Alexa AND Shopmium if you bought two razors, because you are getting one rebate for each separate item.
When I first started using Alexa, I researched pretty thoroughly and couldn’t find anything on their website saying the rebates could not be combined with manufacturer’s coupons. I’ve never had any issues until recently. My last rebate submission was rejected, stating it couldn’t be combined with manufacturer’s coupons. So obviously I will be mindful of that in the future. For this particular deal, the razors will still be free without the extra $4 rebate.
Hope this helps! Thanks again for pointing it out.
