Wow! How do you use up all of that cheese every couple weeks?
We do go through a LOT of cheese. Harris Teeter runs a B2G3 sale on cheese every 4-6 weeks (I’m sure there is a regular pattern, but I’ve never actually tracked it, so I’m not sure of the exact number), and we always buy the limit of 10 bags. 🙂 One night of homemade pizza uses 2 entire bags of cheese for our family – so it somehow disappears quicker than I expect it to!
Do you freeze cheese or store it in the fridge?
Both. I usually keep most of the shredded cheese in the freezer, but always have a bag or two in the fridge. I mostly buy shredded cheese, but when I do buy blocks of cheese, I don’t freeze them.
