Could you please share your recipe for chicken gravy? I have been wondering for a while what your recipe is for chicken gravy. I’m always looking for ways to stretch our meat. Thank you so much!
I don’t have a recipe so it’s slightly different every time, haha! I melt a few tablespoons of butter in a pan with some finely chopped onion and garlic. Then I stir in flour or cornstarch and cook until nice and bubbly. Then I whisk in a mixture of broth (if you don’t have broth, use bouillon) and milk (or half and half or even cream if you want it rich!) and cook until it’s the consistency I like. Lastly, stir in diced, cooked chicken and whatever seasonings you like. Serve over rice.
Would love your chicken gravy recipe!
Agree!!!:)
