As I mentioned in my menu post, there were a lot of unexpected things that cropped up last week, so some of my goals had to get bumped to the back burner.
I also decided that I’m going to hold off on doing the ChaLean program in favor of just running. I’ve gotten into a good groove with running and I want to stick with it for now.

I’ve been a Long-time reader, and I’m always so inspired by your goals Crystal. I’m hoping I can complete at least half of mine by Monday!

I actually plan to remove my only exercise from my schedule. Exercising causes me major weight gain, irritability and tends to make sure nothing else gets done … gotta love hormone problems.
Goals… house, blog, running about for the fam & survive work which I’m not doing well with since my oldest decided to pass on her head cold to me while I just went on meds last wk for a double ear infection and upper res. Infection. Yup still at work though I can’t justify to myself having a 3 day. Vaacation and then turning around to take off work for just silly illness.
Sounds like you have your work cut out for you this week though, good luck.

I so admire your motivation. I didn’t even post goals this week because I’ve had so much fun over the long weekend doing virtually nothing. I won’t get addicted to laziness, but it sure has been fun for a few days! 🙂

This past week I was able to get all but one goal done, I just missed one day of exercising. I’m hoping to get some more reading done this week. My daughter really liked Caddie Woodlawn, I need to get a little reading done with my son too.

I just made two birthday presents today for my daughter! I have several more planned as part of my goals for this week.

You’ve really increased your mileage lately. Isn’t it a nice feeling? Running usually bumps out other forms of exercise for me too, just because I love it so much. I try to do a Jillian Michaels strength training DVD once a week, but that’s about it for me.
