Do you have a conversion of time for the Instant Pot? I can probably figure it out, just thought I’d ask 🙂
My husband is leaving town for a few weeks and I need to get some quick meals set up before he goes. We also make meals for other families when a new baby arrives, sickness occurs, or just to show our loves. Many folks have allergies and I want to make sure I don’t create unwanted reactions! Thank you for having this available to us.
How much does the total groceries cost to prepare meals?

It’s very hard to good gluten and diary-free meal plans and recipes but this seems promising. I’m looking forward to trying these out, never really cooked in a crockpot but never say never.
