Any tips for using frozen bread? I imagine it becomes a little soggy when it thaws. Is that the case?
I recently started freezing cottage cheese & yogurt. The cottage cheese changes texture slightly, but still tastes fine. I like it with fruit or in pasta dishes. I use the yogurt in smoothies, strogonoff, or pasta dishes.
