Your goal setting practice has been so beneficial for me. Thank you! And good luck with the shutting off the computer goal. It’s a toughie but a great goal!
oooh, I’m intrigued by your shutting off the computer every night at 6 p.m. I work outside the home during the day so evening is usually the only time I have to get blogging work in and I’ve been struggling to shut it off by 8 p.m. (as I type this it’s 8:18 p.m.
I’ll be curious to see how this works for you.
Good luck with the sourdough starter – I had one I used for a few years, but went on vacation and couldn’t revive it – I need to start a new one!
You did a great job on your goals last week. This week I hope to run/walk at least seven miles and not rush play time with my kids.
Good luck with shutting down your laptop at 6pm.
I tried a sourdough starter from scratch but could not get it to work. Then I bought a culture from the Cultures for Heath website. They have a San Francisco Sourdough Starter. I have used it now for 9 months. It is great!!
It really makes delicious sourdough bread.
Great work on your goals last week! Is the sourdough starter GF? If so, I’d love the recipe! Also, now that you’re GF, is the rest of the family? Just curious.
I’m not totally GF, just mostly. I’m following the Trim Healthy Mama eating guidelines and they allow some soaked, fermented, and sprouted grains, so this bread is going to be made with whole wheat starter.
Good luck with your sourdough starter and shutting off your computer at 6pm!
I love the intentional shutting off the computer! We do technology-free breaks, too.
Good luck with your sour dough starter! I’m in the middle of canning spaghetti sauce, pears, peaches, and jelly. I’ve never canned fruit before so hopefully we’ll both be successful! 🙂
I’ve not done as great with the shutting off the computer recently and I can tell a difference in many different areas in my life. Back to being more intentional again. 🙂
