I really want to try the apple crisp pizza recipe-but get an error message when I click on it? I guess I will just figure one out myself.

mmmmm! What to try next?! The caramel apple scones were delish. I made them milk, egg, and wheat-free recently. Thanks for all the inspiration!

We were blessed with an apple tree at the house we moved into two years ago. And this year was a huge harvest. We have played around with a lot of apple ideas.

dairy & egg free easy apple cobbler
    dairy free apple pie
crockpot applesauce put up in freezer bags
thin, uniform apple chips using an apple peeler & corer

Now our tree is done and I already miss all the apples. So I got 20 pounds of organic honeycrisps from Azure this month for I think $26. :)

I got a bushel of apples at a local orchard for $19.50 two weeks ago and I’m so excited to see all these recipes. I went to Bed Bath and Beyond today to get a peeler/corer/slicer to save me time. Wish I’d had it the other day when I made applesauce in the crockpot!

I have a recipe to use up all of those leftover apple cores and peels if you’d like to check it out.

Perfect timing! We are doing an apple tasting party Sunday afternoon and now I have lots of great ideas for the leftovers. Thanks Crystal.
