Help! I have tried multiple times and it keeps telling me, “Sorry, that code was invalid.” I have tried changing the “O” to “zero” and back…both ways and nothing works.

I got to the check out and put in the code and said the code was invalid.

When I did this at checkout it told me the code was “invalid.” I emailed a complaint because the promotion is advertised on their Web site. Did anyone else have any success with this or a similar experience?

I think they are out of these. I can’t get the code to work and they just changed their home page to advertize a different special

When I went on their site, the code was being advertised on their home page, but by the time I had checked out it said “invalid code”. The code went from being advertised on their site to no longer being valid, all within a ten minute time period.

I called customer service to get help with my order and the very kind representative went ahead and completed it via phone for me, since I was finished and had uploaded photos and everything. He said they had placed a 5,000-card limit and exceeded that; had very heavy traffic at the site around 1:00pm EST. He said their phone team is only 3-4 people, so I’m sure they were overwhelmed!

Crystal August 31, 2011 at 1:19 pm: Try calling. I’m hearing reports that if you call in, they’ll give it to you free over the phone. It’s worth a shot, at least.

And I’m so sorry that I didn’t realize there were only 5,000 free codes available when I posted this.
