That is the TRUTH!! Which is why I have started trying to teach myself to run at age 44. I can only run for about 3-4 minutes at a stretch, with walking in between, but it is a start. A friend of mine posted on FB the other day…”You don’t have to be great to start, but you DO have to start to be great.” I keep saying that in my head while I am huffing and puffing down the road! LOL!!
