Just wanted to share that I unfortunately just had a bad experience with Proozy. I ordered 3 shirts for my son with this deal. They were all too big so I immediately after opening contacted for an exchange. Their site clearly states “free exchanges” and their packing slip emphasizes customer satisfaction guarantee. The response I received was that they would not allow an exchange on the shirt AND I had to pay $8.50 to return. I tried several times via email to get someone to acknowledge that the website still states free and easy exchanges, but no one would honor it. Very disappointed because I would not have ordered if I their site didn’t say free exchanges.

Unfortunately, this happens quite a bit, to the point I seldom even look at your email, because of not being able to purchase what is being promoted.
