Wow, that is a full week!
I tried rock climbing for the first time last night, and I’m grateful I have a simple, pantry menu in mind for this week. I am sore!

We’re keeping it relatively oven free as well. There are two exceptions, but I can’t expect the kids to eat salad every night! 🙂

You’re so kind to ask! They were able to fix most of the problems. It still has some issues and we’re getting bids on getting that fixed, but at least we can run it regularly unlike last week. We’re very thankful!

If you have to stop in Springfield, MO on the way to KC, please let us know. Love to have a meet up with lunch.

You’re so sweet to offer. We’re coming in a different way so won’t be in that area — but hopefully another time! That would be fun!
