Apply the code at checkout before you choose payment option. It does work!
Putting in the promo code is near the end. When it shows you the total with just the $55 off, then you click “go to checkout or proceed to checkout”. Once there it shows a list of things, including payment options and in that list is a choice that includes adding a promo code. When you click that option, copy and paste the promo code there. It took mine, redid my total, and was for the $80+something amount. Hope this helps.
