I would like to see some guest posts on weight loss and/or exercise and budgeting a wardrobe as one “shrinks”. I have lost almost a 100 lbs on a budget and did not use any diet program (i.e. Weight Watchers) or have a membership to a gym. (I did lose weight under my physician’s care.) I also reinvented my wardrobe every few months on a budget by buying ahead and sticking to a minimal wardrobe when purchasing clothes as I changed sizes every few months. I would be interested in knowing how others stay in shape and eat healthy to lose weight and/or maintain their weight and how they exercise on a budget.
