Use the stoneybrook yogurt to make your own yogurt. It’s very easy and cheap and you can control the sugar. Homemade yogurt tends to be runnier so I put it in sippy cups for my babies when I was introducing milk.
Oh I’ve never done this before but I like this idea. Do you have a recipe you love? I would LOVE to try this for my little one. – Gretchen, MSM Team
I had to Google it to find an actual recipe. I’ve done it so much that I don’t need a recipe. This looked straightforward: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1017991-creamy-homemade-yogurt
I often make it in my instant pot if I want to make a lot (at one point my kids would go through a gallon every couple weeks). But if you’re only making a little a quart jar with a lid works well.
