It takes a lot of time, calculations, price matching and energy to put together a meal plan like that. Great job!

In case anyone is looking for Gluten Free Meal Plans for your family, I just posted one for this week on my blog! Would also love to answer any questions about meal planning etc. It’s one of my favorite things to talk about!

I love these posts. It’s great motivation to help me stick with menu planning. I do miss Brigette’s posts. She shared so many great menu links and my family has enjoyed several meals from her posts.

It’s official. I am obsessed with these posts. I love how you have everything laid out in advance, and it’s simple. We usually have some what of a meal plan, but it’s more complex recipes and they require more ingredients. So I’m loving how you keep it easy. Since we’re vegetarian, it’s a little tougher…and I just hate the fact that organic produce in my area is so expensive. Do you have any tips for getting cheaper organic produce? Or do you skip organic all together to save $$? Thanks again for this – great motivational update!

These posts are interesting but I always wonder how much time is spent making their grocery list and menu, finding all the coupons and then shopping at multiple stores. Would Gretchen or Brigette be willing to write a post about their process?
