This deal was fantastic! They even had an additional code (or two?) listed on the website, so I was able to score much needed jeans for my hubby- for $20 each! Note: they charged $6 for shipping, which wasn’t terrible, but I thought that it was supposed to have been free- so I called. Within 3 minutes, I had spoken with a very pleasant LIVE person, had the issue resolved and could view the corrected receipt on my account. Excellent customer service! And when he asked if there was anything else he could do for me, I just jokingly asked if he could make sure they fit 🙂 His response was that they would happily help with any exchanges and would honor this sale price if the price of the correct size increased between now and then. Perhaps this isn’t any “big” deal, but in this day and age, his customer service skills (politeness, attitude, and problem solving) were top-notch and much appreciated!
