2. Order the 500-count box of Parent’s Choice Baby Wipes for $8.97. Select free in-store pickup at your local Walmart to avoid shipping costs.

3. Within 21 days, your Top Cash Back account will be credited with $10 — and all you’ll pay is a little bit of tax!

4. After you receive the $10 payment in your Top Cash Back account, you can choose to transfer it to your bank account or request a Paypal payment.

    Based on these comments, this may not be worthwhile. Also, when I went to the site, the 500 count wipes are only $8.97 and you indicated that I needed to spend $9.97. They have an 800 count pkg. for $14.97, but, again, you mentioned that it was good for the 500 count package. I’m confused, so decided this is not worth my time.

    I tried this offer and it told me I was unable to use this offer even though I am a new member. I had already bought the wipes. This sucks.

      I have had issues with Top Cash Back. They offer some great one time offers for new members, but I have found them extremely slow to credit $’s from purchases, and I would often have to fill out a support ticket to have them track my cash back. I find Ebates so much easier to work with.
