How long after you entered did the gift card come to you?
Still waiting on mine to arrive in the mail. I qualified on November 17th.
What am I doing wrong, I watch the video, do the milkshake thing interactively and then it only lets me enter an email address to get a recipe card. Nowhere to enter a physical address for anything to be mailed to me. Help
I got the same message. Apparently they have given out all of the milkshakes. The Whoopsery™ experience is now limited to sending a digital recipe card only.
