How do you roast cauliflower? Do you have a recipe? A favorite seasoning?
I wash/dry and cut it into larger bite-size pieces (it shrinks when it cooks). I spread on a jelly roll pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt and whatever else I feel like (fresh garlic or garlic powder and parmesan cheese are favorites). Then I roast it at 425 for around 40 min, stirring occasionally. You can roast longer or shorter depending on how “done” you like it. I like crispy edges. 🙂
