CVS Shopping Trip
Most of my coupons are from the CVS app. I highly recommend it if you don’t have it already! Just log in to your account and clip the coupons you want, and they automatically come off in the store. There are CVS store coupons and manufacturer coupons to clip on the app – and you can stack them on the same product.

Hi, I would love to know how you order online (or in store) and get to use multiple coupons for the same items. I realize that the Walgreens site has more than one coupon many times, but in my experience, only one is applied. I have tried to imitate the purchases here exactly, downloading the coupons ahead of time and only including the same items. It has never worked and I always end up spending more, having to make a return and getting very confused. Do you have to ask for them to make it right every time? It is exhausting.
Thanks for any insight because I would love to save money here.
Blessings, Gretchen Thomas
I am just seeing this comment. I agree about Walgreens being frustrating, and notorious for coupons not coming off correctly. There have been times I’ve called customer service for things that didn’t go right in the store when the manager didn’t want to make things right. I’m in an area with a bunch of Walgreens stores within 15 minutes of my house. I’ve discovered which ones are not coupon-friendly and avoid those. I never make a big deal about coupons that don’t come off. I know a very close estimation of how much my total will be, and if it’s off I can figure out immediately what went wrong. I often just say something like (before I pay for the transaction) “oh, the coupon for the ___ didn’t come off. I don’t want the item if the coupon isn’t going to work. Can you either void the item or ask your manager about it?” At the coupon-friendly store, the manager will happily make it right as long as it’s something that should have come off. I try to be VERY careful and read fb group posts to make sure I’m not doing it incorrectly. Also, I always make sure the exact item I’m buying is linked on their site under the specific coupon I’m wanting to use. Sometimes one scent works and the other doesn’t. If the coupon requires multiple items (like $5 off of 3), you often have to buy the same scent for it to work.
