Watch out for this company. I sent something back. I got charged extra to ship back the sandals as it was larger than their typical shipment (?). I never ever took the sandals out of the box. I put it in the same envelope it was sent in (so it was protected as much as they had done when shipping it). They charged me a 20% “restocking fee” because the box was damaged. What? Would I have gotten a 20% refund if the box was damaged on its way to me? This is an unfair and deceptive business practice. Steer clear.
