Silas helped me do a little freezer cooking last night.
We made Freezer-Friendly Pizza Dough.
I had planned to freeze half the dough, but the whole family ended up wanting to make their own pizzas. So we just went with it. 🙂
I was really unsure of how the Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies were going to turn out.
But I ended up being very impressed with them. We added chocolate chips and a few dried cranberries. They are addictive! 🙂

The coconut chocolate chip cookies looks similar to some almond joy cookies I made recently. They were so good.
I processed 20 pounds of chicken last week from my Zaycon foods order I split with a friend. So have lots of chicken freezer meals in the freezer now. 🙂

The cookie recipe looks very similar to my favorite recipe. I usually make them with chocolate chips and pecans or walnuts, but last time made them with white chocolate chunks and cranberries. They were amazing! I think the trick with these is to make sure you don’t overbake them.

I’m getting hungry, (or maybe simply greedy), just looking at those cookies. 🙂

I love that pizza dough recipe, although I have never tried to freeze it (raw) or even make an actual pizza with it. It always ends up getting made into pizza/sandwich pockets here. I keep meaning to try it for a pizza though. 🙂
And I will absolutely never, ever, ever try to make those cookies. That is one of those recipes that I can tell just by reading it that it would taste amazing and I would eat the whole batch without having a second thought. LOL. Much simpler just to avoid them all together.
