How do you season & cook the venison? My husband came home with venison that a co-worker gave him and I almost told him to throw it away because I don’t know what to do with it. We put it in the freezer and last week I pulled out some ground venison and mixed it with 1 lb. of ground beef for meatloaf and everyone loved it. I’m nervous about the other cuts of meat though because I don’t know how to cover up the wild game taste.
I am going to make the cheesy garlic bread. It looks delicious. Thank you for sharing 🙂
