Thank you for the list! The budget tracker link is broken, though. I didn’t know if you were aware of that. Have a great new year!

We use mvelopes too (the free version, didn’t know there was a paid version actually). It works quite well, especially if we stay on top of it. It’s basically a cash envelope system without having to use cash. Very similar to Mint.com, but I tried both and my husband and I like mvelopes a little bit better. We don’t use their savings and goals feature, just keep track of our budget and spending using mvelopes.

Hi I’m the owner of EnvelopeBudget.com. I would love for people to give it a try if they don’t already have a system they like. I’m a big Dave Ramsey fan so I based it off of his FPU lesson on budgeting & the cash envelope system.

This is a nice blog. I found it by a tweet from Michael Hyatt. I forwarded his review of your book to my wife. We have 4 kids with one on the way. It’s seems we are generally in survival mode! :)
