    Are these diapers any good?

    • laura October 16, 2012 at 07:52 pm

They are okay, not as nice as Huggies or Pampers, but still functional

    • Emily October 16, 2012 at 08:10 pm

I recommend buying the supreme diapers even though there are less diapers per package. They are actually really good. The regular ones are just like any other generic diaper and my kids leak through them.

    • Meagan October 16, 2012 at 08:57 pm

I haven’t had a single problem with them!

    • NatPatBen October 16, 2012 at 09:06 pm

I like them more than Huggies but less than Pampers. Don’t have problems with them & got a bunch last time they were on sale BOGO.

I really like the Walgreens brand diapers. I think they are a little expensive at regular price (around $9/jumbo), but I highly recommend them when they are this inexpensive. I have used sizes 2, 3, and now 4- my 16 month old has never had a leak or blow-out while wearing them.

I love these diapers! I like Pampers best, but these are my next favorite and I’ve tried tons of different kinds. I’m stocking up!

I did this deal today, and they actually rang up at 2/$8.99, so a little more than I had expected, but still a decent deal.

  • Crystal October 16, 2012 at 09:34 pm

I’m confused, so they are on sale, and also on sale for buy one get one 50% off? Because they are regularly $8.99 per jumbo pack.

    • Crystal October 16, 2012 at 09:57 pm

      Yes, that’s correct!

      • Shannon October 20, 2012 at 11:24 pm

I tried the sale, and they did not ring up with the “monthly” sale – just the 2/$8.99 sale. Hmph.

  • Crystal October 16, 2012 at 11:19 pm

Whoa, that is an awesome deal! Thanks!

  • sally October 17, 2012 at 02:49 am

Wow, so waiting until Friday with the 15% off coupon would make the size 3s I need just over 10 cents each for the premium! I hope there are some left on Friday…

Will Walgreen’s issue a rain check for the sale price if they are all out?

      • dina October 19, 2012 at 11:56 am

I was told they would issue for the sale price and if the B1G1 is still going on they will honor that with the raincheck & a reward card.

  • Joanna October 17, 2012 at 07:51 am

Don’t forget the Prescription Savings Club Card (if you have one). You get 10% back in rewards on Walgreens brand items! :) So, if my math is correct:

    $5.50 1st pack
    +$2.75 2nd pack (half price)
    =$7.75
    -20% coupon ($1.50)
    =$6.25 OOP
    -10% rewards with PSC ($.63)
=$5.62 new price after rewards for 2 packages. :)

    • Joanna October 17, 2012 at 08:31 am

My math was off…sorry! Let’s try this again!
      $5.50 1st pack
      +$2.75 2nd pack (half price)
      =$8.25
      -20% coupon ($1.65)
      =$6.60 OOP
      -10% rewards with PSC ($.66)
=$5.94 net price after rewards for 2 packages.

I love these diapers better than Huggies! I did this deal just now and found $1/1 peelies on them

  • susie October 17, 2012 at 09:58 am

      Thanks Nicole! That helped!

  • Linda October 17, 2012 at 12:37 pm

Mine rung up 2/$8.99 in Minnesota. Still a good price.

  • becca October 17, 2012 at 03:23 pm

How do you know if a BOGO1/2 is an all month deal? I often get excited about deals I see online about wags but when I get there it might not ring up the way I wanted it to.

    • CB October 17, 2012 at 06:56 pm

I’m wondering this too. I do not find anywhere on the website a Buy One, Get one 50% off. I did find a 2/$8.99.

  • Jen H. October 18, 2012 at 10:03 pm

My Walgreens showed the BOGO 1/2 off but I guess there is a sale on diapers this week (2/$11) that overrides the BOGO so you can’t use them both at the same time. Thus, they were going to cost me $5.50 each. Was not happy with that price. At least if I go back tomorrow and use the 20% coupon then it’ll be a good price.

  • dina October 19, 2012 at 11:55 am

I like the Walgreens diapers a lot. Our older son had no bum to speak of so they didn’t work well on him. Luvs were better. But our youngest let’s just say he’s husky. The Walgreens diapers work great.
You do need to use a Walgreens rewards card to take advantage of both sale prices. I was able to get 4 packs of size 5 diapers for $17.98.

  • Kate October 19, 2012 at 12:32 pm

Bought diapers at Wags today – thanks Crystal for the heads up. I couldn’t figure out why they were this price, but they rang up at $3.60/pk whether I bought 1, 2 or 3 packs at a time. Anyway, decent price. The only coupon I used was the 20% off Wags F&F coupon for today.

  • Monica October 20, 2012 at 07:08 pm

Thanks Crystal, this is a great deal! I started using generic diapers with my fourth child and I haven’t noticed an increase in leaks (I had the occassional leak with the name brand ones too). I am going to go pick these up tomorrow. It shows that my local Walgreens has them in stock still, I hope they don’t sell out before I can get there lol!
