so glad you’re planning on trying the apple peanut butter muffins! i’m having one of the last ones i made in my lunch tomorrow.
I’m anxious to try them!
Steak and Salmon? Sounds delicious! Your menu plans have made quite the transition since your beans and rice days.
We’re eating from the pantry this week. Here’s our plan:

All the beans and rice definitely paid off and my husband is thoroughly enjoying having meat these days, after willingly going without it for so long.
Lol, I know right?! Well, it certainly gives me hope to keep focusing on what we can do on our budget now and how God might bless those efforts someday. Especially after just going through the pantry and adding… you guessed it… both beans and rice to our menu this week! Even so- we are happy to have food to put on our tables. We are blessed, indeed.
Your menu looks really good this week. I love to make soup this time of year. The chocolate chip pumpkin bars look so good. We may be making them at our house too. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I get so many good ideas from others menu plans.

Sounds like a good week. I love apples.
I wanted baked oatmeal for our breakfasts this week, so I tried one from Pinterest. There’s other stuff on my meny too, but the maple baked oatmeal is the star of the show!

Those pumpkin muffins sound wonderful! I made my first patch of pea soup of the season, the family loves it!

Thanks
I have been doing the oatmeal pack for a long time, not only is it cheap, but healthy, you can add what you like and they are so good for you!!
It’s going to be back up into the 90s here so all my fall-type recipes don’t sound so good this week! We have some steak and venison to grill though, so I’ll definitely be incorporating that into the week {my husband’s excited!}.
Here is our menu plan for the week. I love the fall weather and using the crockpot.
