::Go to checkout and login (you must login for the coupon code to work). Then, click on “Redeem a Promo Code” on the cart total and use code TGT75HFN. It should give you $5 off your order, making it free.
::Shipping will be $0.99 (plus any applicable taxes).

I tried this and it deducts $5.00 from the product, but charges me $5.24 for shipping. Oh, well. Maybe next time

I was able to get a Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick with 99 cents shipping. The lipstick was priced at $5.94, so after the $5 coupon, it came to $2.10 with tax and shipping.
Those are my favorite lipsticks, so that’s a great deal.
A few other items work as well. I got the e.l.f. “get the look–purple” kit for 2.99
I used this code to get a b-day present for my nephew. I found a Wii game normally 26.99 on clearance for 9.99 with free shipping. So when I added the code, it made the game 4.99. I had looked this AM for the mascara deal and could not find one still available before I left for work. So at work I thought why not pair this with a deal and get a cheap gift. I am SUPER stoked.

I finally got something to work! So I ordered 2 of the “elf Shine Eraser Set – 3 pack” — each $3. Because of the online Target promo plus the above code the pricing worked out this way: 3.00×2 = 6.00 – 5.10 + 0.98 shipping +0.05 tax = pay $1.93! Plus I had $10 I’d won from a Bizrate review and was able to pay via Paypal – so no money out of my pocket today, yay!
The “elf Loose Eyeshadow Set – 3 piece” also worked with the code – I tried it, too, but decided the blotting sheets were a better deal for me since I’m certainly use them up!
