Can these books be printed? I’ve been looking to do this with our kids this Christmas, but it’s not all that cozy to gather around the computer to read a devotional :o )

We did this with our kids last year instead of the traditional Christmas tree and they LOVED it and so did we…Kids have fun placing the ornaments on the tree and it gets you away from the worldly aspects of Christmas and helps you focus on the true meaning.

anyone know where to buy ornaments for this/

When I clicked on the link, the page says that it is not available to customers in the United States. Was anyone from the US actually able to download it? Maybe it’s a recent development.

Too bad. We use this copy every year with our Jesse Tree, and I was hoping to share it with others.

This is strange – when I click the link to Amazon, it says “This title is not available for customers from: United States”. When I search Kindle books, there is a different version for $10. Anyone else experienced this?

Yes, I keep getting “We’re sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site”.

I get the same 404 Document not found error.

I browsed through the list of special limited time free kindle books and couldn’t find it listed anywhere either.

The regular edition of this book (not the 20th anniversary edition) is available for $10, but hard copy only and not for free.

I’m getting the same error message. We’ve done a Jesse Tree with our kiddos for the past three years. I actually wrote the devotionals in a special journal that we could use for years to come. BUT, it would be great to have an ebook for back up or variation from year to year. Sure hope the offer is downloadable soon!

Same error message here. :(

The link is not working for me either. This would be a great book to add to my collection of free ebooks!

I was also disappointed to get the error message. Upon searching for the book, I learned it wasn’t even available in a Kindle version. I DID however request it one. Perhaps if enough families like us do so, it will become available at a reasonable price.

My husband and I began a Jesse Tree tradition our first Christmas. It was a wonderful way for us to begin something totally new to just us, honor our creating a new family tradition and solidify our marriage coming from two different up-bringings. We were able to review the whole of the Old Testament history and covenants with God to the promise of Christ Jesus; each story giving us an opportunity to bring up childhood memories of the stories and our new deeper adult understandings of them. We made ornaments together based on what we felt the stories symbolized to us.

Now that we have a little one, our stories are adapted to her understanding and having a resource like this that includes devotions for both children and adults would be wonderful. Thank you for bringing this title to my attention, Crystal. I may investigate finding a library edition somewhere, maybe interlibrary loan or our local college library.
