This encouraged me today. Even though it’s a small matter, I needed to read this after a totally unsuccessful day of potty training. Thank you!

Valerie August 4, 2011 at 9:25 am

I’m trying to do the same at home with an almost 3 year old. Good luck!

Diana August 1, 2011 at 6:42 pm

Wow, you have no idea how much I needed to read that quote. Thank you!!!!

Tara Elmeaze August 1, 2011 at 6:42 pm

Funny, I just got that fortune cookie on Saturday :)

LJ August 1, 2011 at 6:45 pm

Just what I needed to see right now! Odd coincidence? I think NOT! Thanks!

Just tonight I accepted a job offer for a job that feels really daunting. I have been a SAHM for over a year and now will go back to work part-time but with a long commute. This is just what I needed to hear!

Davonne August 1, 2011 at 7:28 pm

I’m decluttering my house and potty training this week (and next). Today was my first day of both and that quote is SO true!

I really needed to see this today. I am trying to become a Partylite consultant and can’t seem to meet my goal for tomorrow when I turn in my show. thanks for sharing.

That is so true. Thank you for this Crystal! I needed that!

Aya August 1, 2011 at 8:16 pm

Haha! This is the first post on your site – and I’m seeing it here and now merely because I am ignoring the boxes that need to keep being packed for our move this week to our new house. Our first house that we will OWN! No more renting. So I guess I should get packing again!

Great quote and just what I needed to read tonight. A lot of big changes coming up for our family around the beginning of the year with an overseas move and our third child being born around the same time. A lot of details to work out and this was a great reminder that it looks like a lot now that has to get done but 6 months from now, it’ll be completely different.

I needed to hear that. I am trying to build my blog like a business and I get frustrated sometimes, thinking it won’t work.

Natalie August 1, 2011 at 9:33 pm

Thank you Crystal. I’d like to think of this as my 2nd beginning, giving up my FT job and moving all 5 of us 666 miles from home (Yes, really. Imagine that!!) for my husband’s new job. I shoudl have known… Things have been unbelievable tough since we’ve arrived in our new house in April and we have used ALL our savings up on unforeseen catastrophes including a kitchen ceiling cave-in in our new house, car repairs, break in and burglary in our old house which we haven’t sold yet; you wouldn’t believe me if I listed it all!! And now I’m scared to death we’re facing bankruptcy… I just really need to hear this. Anxious to see what God’s planning here. Kinda hoping for an intervention sometime soon. lol!

Laurie August 1, 2011 at 10:23 pm

Love this & needed it today. Thanks Crystal!

Amy f;) August 1, 2011 at 10:51 pm

lol- i’ll be a lone disagree-er. I have no problem starting things- the beginning just has a natural excitement and momentum. I struggle with the grueling daily grind. Same old, same old, blah, blah=me wussing out. But I DO appreciate the reminder not to give up;)

Nicole August 1, 2011 at 11:16 pm

Are you not doing your “31 weeks to a better grocery budget” video series anymore?

Crystal August 2, 2011 at 8:08 am

I plan to do it every week and then it doesn’t get done! Once we’re off summer break and back into our school routine, I promise the videos will be coming back — if not sooner!

Mjustine August 1, 2011 at 11:19 pm

Coupon Frugality August 2, 2011 at 11:22 am

Thanks for this reminder!! I was happy to see it this morning. I have to remind myself everyday as I go down this new “blogging” path that I am still at the beginning!! As I learn new things it does get a lot easier!!

melissa August 2, 2011 at 12:02 pm

Heehee…well, as a mama who is contemplating labor this morning…might be a circumstance it doesn’t apply…;) (wink wink) But I suppose everyone’s experience is different.:-)

Crystal August 2, 2011 at 12:31 pm

Yes, I’d say labor and delivery might be exempt from this quote’s application. )
