We went to Dillon’s and Walmart this week:
At Dillon’s, we bought vegetables, peaches, organic milk, toilet paper, yogurt, trash bags, orange juice, chicken, ice cream, Sobe, and nine boxes of Annie’s macaroni and cheese (which were on sale for $1 and free after the $0.50/1 coupons doubled). All totaled, we spent $23.25 after coupons.
A friend also found organic eggs marked down at the health food store and they were free after coupons so she generously brought us some!
And then we went to Walmart and purchased everything pictured above for $12.46. Read the full details on this shopping trip here.

Yea – so glad it’s fresh corn season. I have been eating from our wholesale produce run two weeks ago. I think we got every thing except corn. Can’t wait. 🙂

We love Annie’s mac and cheese. I usually can’t find it under 1.50. Where did you get the coupons?
Crystal says
My friend found them at the health food store and picked up a bunch and shared some with me!

@Crystal, This is interesting because I just wrote Annie’s a couple of months ago asking about coupons. They responded with, “at this time we do not participate in the paper coupon program (we’re motivated everyday to lessen our bunny-footprint on Earth.).” Were these coupons a store coupon or a manufacturer coupon? Excited you got a sweet deal on Annie’s!
Crystal says
Now that is interesting! These were manufacturer’s coupons that were just a separate little flier. Annie’s does sometimes offer printable coupons, too.
