I really love these electrolytes! I talk more about these in this week’s episode (not sponsored — I bought these with my own money!)
After a few heavier/deep topics on the last few episodes, we had fun doing a more lighthearted podcast episode this week! So many people have asked how we chose our kids’ names, so Jesse and I had fun sharing some of the stories behind their names in this podcast episode.
Plus, we also share about Jesse subbing at the kids’ school, our recent sleep struggles, a book I recently read and found fascinating, a book Jesse is reading, plus some electrolytes I’ve been loving.

Jesse had mentioned regarding a sleep band he wears that tracks his sleep as well as heart rate. May I ask which one he uses? (or a product he recommends?)
Thank you so much for your many helpful tips and suggestions!

It was a Woot band — but he just cancelled his subscription since he didn’t feel it was worth it.
That’s so cool.. I am 5 months pregnant and was searching for a unique name for my child… Finally my search ended after listening to your podcast.. This is special to me 🙂
I love Silas’ name—out of all your kids names his is my favorite. Obviously I know the Biblical reference but my first thought is Silas Marneras it’s one of my favorite books. As an aside I have a daughter named Bronte and I find myself side eyeing anyone who comments on how they’ve never heard that name before.
