The link is to the Canadian site for sign up. It gives you an option to choose the United States when you try to put your country in.

ha! It thinks I live in Canada too! I got a notice saying it’s only available to US customers, and Canadian samples are sold out.

Both Garnier samples, Colgate optic white toothpaste, and Nature’s Path pumpkin flax seed granola. There were a couple other samples for products we don’t use, but I didn’t take them so someone else could have!
