What a great opportunity! One of my lenses cracked in half last month on our honeymoon…I have not even looked into how much a new pair would cost at the eye doctor!

I just had to have new lenses put in some never used frames as my regular pair, spare pair, and readers were all stolen while we were on vacation recently. I ended up using Costco Optical as they had the best price locally – single vision, polycarb lenses with anti-reflective coating, transitions, and including their $18 frame tracing fee totaled $128. I thought it was pretty great considering the optical place covered under my insurance wanted $240 for same!
