Thank you for sharing! Do you have a recipe for chicken noodle casserole?
Gretchen says
I usually just throw some stuff in a casserole dish and don’t use a recipe. 🙂 Most the time I use whatever noodles I have on hand, chicken, homemade cream soup, milk, cheese and salt. Sometimes I’ll put in onion or green pepper as well.

Where do you get your meat. It’s in your menu but didn’t buy it at Aldi or Dillion’s just curious
Gretchen says
I bought several bags of frozen chicken a couple of weeks ago while it was on sale and we will use up this week. About month ago I purchased about 10 lbs of ground beef that was marked down at Dillons for $0.99/lb and froze it. That has been lasting us for a while. I try and only buy meat when it is on sale and then just stretch it to make it last for quite a while. 🙂

You got lots of groceries for less than $60.00.

Thanks, love this! Thanks for inspiring me with some healthy, economical meals to add to my weekly meal plan. I like the spinach with eggs for breakfast idea!
