I have purchased three of Lauren’s meal plans in the past. It has been absolutely worth it! And, they keep getting easier and better. Like any family, we have our own dietary goals and it has been very simple to adapt any ingredients that I have needed to.
It does take me a little longer to prepare all the meals but I don’t consider that to be a problem.
Another side benefit is that we have found new foods to love–who knew pot roast could be so good?! And to have a recipe that doesn’t rely on canned soup was a huge bonus for us.
I just purchased the new Grilling Edition. I’m confident my summer menu plan will be delicious, nutritious, simple and fun.

Many of her meal plans use mostly chicken. My husband doesn’t eat chicken. I would love to see more ideas from her for other meats. I have modified some of them to where we use pork instead…but I get sick of so much pork, too! LOL I do love my Aldi store and love her ideas…just wish Mr. Picky wasn’t so picky!
