Crystal, I know I am probably a little late with this, but congratulations on the success of your new book! I knew as soon as I read the title and description that it was definitely meant for me. It will be on my birthday/Christmas wish list this year. I look forward to reading it and getting out of survival mode!

Also, thank you for all the ways you have inspired me on your blog. I have definitely been a better wife, mother and person since I have been following. :)

I was at our local library and was hoping to find your book, and came across nothing. Hopefully I will find a used one on craigslist. I will go back and reread my 1st Money Saving Mom book, while I wait for the new one. I enjoyed the 1st book, and am sure your new book is just as great, or even better!

I was struggling with saying “no” to an offer yesterday and this quote made me feel a lot better about it. This Saturday we currently have swim lessons from 9:45 – 11. We then have my niece’s birthday party at 4 pm. We were also invited to a 40th birthday party for a very close friend of ours. We agreed to stop over for a little bit on the way home from my niece’s party. Then out of the blue on Monday, comes in the mail an invite to an ice skating birthday party for one of our neighbor’s kids from 12:30 -2:30 this Saturday too! I hate turning down birthday parties because my kids have a blast and technically I could have “squeezed” it in and ran around like a mad woman all day long. Instead my husband encouraged me to decline and I did! I felt bad doing it, but I know it will make the already hectic day a little easier. Thanks!

I recently confided in a group that I am feeling overwhelmed with housework and the struggle of using time as I wish- playing with my children vs. catching up on housework, for example, and am in need of resources/suggestions. Someone said your book came to mind.
