For those who are Pharmacy Rewards members, there is a coupon floating around from the Rewards packet that gives you $3/2 Advil products. Additionally (at least in the Raleigh, NC Target), there were 20-ct Advils available for $3.49/ea that still qualified for the $5 gift card.

I bought two of the 20-ct Advil packages at $3.49 each. After Cartwheel, the $3/2 coupon, and a $1/1 printable Advil coupon, I paid $2.98 out of pocket and got a $5 gift card. Moneymaker!
