apparently you can’t use the woohoofs if you are getting the freebies, at least that is what the tech on chat is telling me.
Nevermind, finally got it all to go through! You have to almost check out and then go back and enter the code.
It says I have it in my account, but when I go to checkout, it charges me for the photo book. Whenever I click “redeem” it just takes me back to the “make a photo book” page. Frustrating. Please let me know how to do this!!!

Make sure you have the right photo book in your cart, I talked to a tech on chat and it has to be a custom jacket photo book. I had a custom cover photo book in my cart and it was charging me still. After I changed it everything was free.

They will likely run another free shipping promotion before Christmas, but I can’t guarantee it.

I just did it today, 23rd, and got both the photo book, 100 prints and FREE shipping! Did not ask me for a credit card, etc.

I was afraid it wasn’t going to work, though! I spend over an hour uploading my pictures and making my book, etc. About halfway through the process of making the book it prompted me to create an account to save my work, which I did.
I am not sure if it was because of when I created my account or what, but when I went to check out I was able to use the free shipping code, but it was still charging me over $30 for the products! I was upset because if I were actually going to pay for this merchandise (and free shipping is still good!) I would have probably picked a smaller photo book than 8×11. (I wanted to do a photo book for my parents for Christmas, anyway.)
So, I got on Snapfish’s chat with a customer service representative. I told him that I was a new customer and exactly what had happened, and within 5 minutes he had issued me a credit for both the photo book and 100 prints.
So, I can no vouch for Snapfish having good customer service, in my limited dealing with them.
Could not get my photo book because i had more than 20 pages… if you want the photo book make sure you do it with 20 pages and under! And for my prints i had to pay shipping! not a good deal for me
Just got my photobook.. made sure it was 20 pages used the WOOHOOFS code and got free shipping.
I have my book all done and had a new account set up but it’s still charging me for the book! What am I missing? I did the custom jacket book too and only have 20 pages. Is there a code I’m suppose to put in or something? I got the 20 free prints to show up under my account deals but nothing else.. HELP!!!

The code only gave me free shipping. After reading what you all posted I chatted with a rep and within a minute I got everything free: 100 prints + photo book + 20 prints for new acts + free shipping =)
