by Crystal on November 23, 2012

Just a reminder! This deal is still available!

Plum District currently has a $40 voucher to EcoMom for just $20. You can use this voucher over at EcoMom during their Green Friday Sale Week, where EcoMom is offering $20 off $50+ orders or $40 off $100+ orders (through November 25, 2012).

So, if you purchase the voucher from Plum District for $20 and then head over to EcoMom and put $100+ worth of stuff in your cart, you’ll get $40 off with the voucher and $40 off with their promotion. This makes your total just $40 out of pocket for $100 worth of stuff, by combining the voucher and the special promotion.

Kimber commented and said:

… Or buy $60 worth of stuff. Ecomom will automatically take off $20, and your voucher will cover the other 40. I did it this morning and it worked perfectly. $59.98 worth of toys, plus free shipping, and the only thing I paid for was the $20 Plum District voucher. -Kimber

If you prefer organic and natural products, you can get some great deals with this double dip offer!

Wowers. Tons of toys. I just orderd $205 worth of toys and paid $84 + plus the $20 voucher….so $104 total. Nearly 50% savings on the big ticket items my kids have been coveting yet I refused to pay retail for natural toys. Thanks!

    • Crystal November 23, 2012 at 01:00 pm

You are so welcome! I’m glad it worked out well for you!

  • Amanda November 23, 2012 at 01:21 pm

I did this deal earlier this week, and it worked perfectly! I bought 2 vouchers, and I was able to purchase $120 worth of toys for $40. My son, nieces, and nephew will appreciate the wonderful (yet inexpensive!) gifts this Christmas!

Just got $62 of high quality, natural eye cream, body lotion, hand lotion, and a soy candle for $22 counting the price of the voucher. I live in a really dry climate so I go through lotion REALLY fast. Thanks so much!

It looks like you can get 2.5% back on a Plum District purchase if you shop through eBates. Also, shopathome.com has a 10% off coupon code (Shopathome10) on Plum District purchases.

I’m going to try and see if I can shop through eBates.com, and still use the shopathome coupon code.

    • Georgia November 23, 2012 at 02:37 pm

OK, so I tried it and I didn’t see anywhere I could put in the Shopathome coupon code, but I’m pretty sure I did the eBates part right and will get 2.5% cash back.

I bought four cloth diaper covers and an organic insert for about $20 total, including the cost of the voucher. You can’t beat that price!

    • Erin November 23, 2012 at 06:32 pm

How do you get the full value of the voucher on cloth diapers? I was hoping to get pockets, but no matter if I put $60 or even $150 worth in, I never get the full $40- at most, ~$36, sometimes less. After I purchased the voucher, I saw that there is a restriction on diapers. Have spent a lot of time on this so far and will update, but any tips will help.

      • Erica @ Just Call Me Cheap November 23, 2012 at 07:34 pm

I put $60 worth of cloth diapers in my cart (I am thinking the restriction is on disposables) and $20 was automatically taken off. Then I applied my $40 voucher and my total was less than a dollar. I did my order a couple of days ago so I’m not sure if maybe there is a glitch in the system today.

I hope you can get it to work because this is a great deal on cloth!

I had the same problem last night, but this morning I tried again and the full value of the voucher came off my cloth diaper order! Plus, there were a few things in stock this moring that were out last night.

      • Erin November 24, 2012 at 08:25 pm

I placed the order last night and then e-mailed because the full value wasn’t taken. Economic replied in a timely manner, giving me a gift certificate for the missing amount. Yay!

  • Jenna M. November 23, 2012 at 03:46 pm

Just wanted to confirm-I can use 2 vouchers on one order? This is a great deal!

    • Susan November 23, 2012 at 06:19 pm

I bought the voucher. It states one voucher per purchase and one per person. However, I would guess that the person who bought two placed two different orders.

      • Amanda November 24, 2012 at 12:21 pm

The terms on Plum District that you can purchase two vouchers per household, one voucher can be used per order. I purchased one and then placed an order. I purchased a second voucher as a “gift” for my husband. He made an ecomom.com account and shopped for some toys that he thought that our son would enjoy.

I did this deal and scratched off 6.5 names off my Christmas list for a grand total of $20.93 !!!! You are a blessing to me! Thank YOU!!!!

    • Sol November 23, 2012 at 05:20 pm

the 0.5 was a smaller gift that I’ll pair with something else to complete it. :)

      • lori November 23, 2012 at 05:31 pm

bought the plum district but when i add voucher it then voids green friday deal. am i doing something wrong? so frustrated as purchased 2 vouchers.

        • Crystal November 23, 2012 at 05:43 pm

Make sure that you don’t have any of the excluded items in your cart.

    • jenna November 24, 2012 at 01:02 am

I agree! I purchased Christmas gifts for my 3 nephews and my son, who are all between 6-9 years old and are getting more difficult to buy fun AND inexpensive things for…

      • Sol November 24, 2012 at 01:19 am

I opened up savings accounts for my two boys through another deal that you posted and I got $20 for it. Practically made my money back. My Black Friday spending totals to 0.93 cents!!! I’m so happy!

  • Nicole November 24, 2012 at 10:31 am

Is this deal still available? I do not see it on Plum District..

  • Alison November 24, 2012 at 11:41 am

Thanks so much for alerting us to this! I was able to get 2 facial cleansers, some shower gel, a pack of dishcloths, and a bottle of adult gummy vitamin nutrients. That was 59 some dollars worth of items! Very simple process. Just buy the voucher, go to ecomom.com , and add up to $60 worth to your cart. Add your voucher, and with the additional sale, the price will go down to $0.00 – with free shipping! I was so pleased I didn’t even have to enter any payment information because it was just under $60 worth. And all I spent was $20 for a voucher! Thanks again, Crystal!

    • Crystal November 24, 2012 at 11:42 am

Oh yay! I’m glad it worked so well for you!

      • Alison November 24, 2012 at 11:48 am

And, I’m excited, because of the time I ordered it I should be one of the first 300 customers of the day, and if I was, I’ll get a $15 voucher and a free reusable shopping bag from Ecomom! So happy for this oppoetunity because I normally don’t buy natural products because of the price, so thanks again!

        • Crystal November 24, 2012 at 11:58 am

          Yay!

  • Karen November 24, 2012 at 02:24 pm

Has anyone gotten their order to ship? I did mine on Wednesday morning and it still says “processing”. Wondering if it will really ship.

    • Jennifer November 24, 2012 at 05:32 pm

      • Jennifer November 24, 2012 at 05:40 pm
