Yeah! I love free samples, especially so I can try something before wasting my money on a whole box that I don’t know if I like yet!

I filled out the information, hit submit and waited several minutes and nothing happened. =(
Happened to me too.
I chose the chocolate almond one. Yum
it loaded very slowly for me, and the first time i filled in the info and hit submit, nothing happened. so i reloaded the page and redid the whole form, and then it finally worked.
Gone now.
A screen popped up for me that said “You don’t need the extra calories!”
No longer available. Well, the marketing guys will be happy.
