Red, White, and Blue Smoothie

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries sliced
  • 1 large frozen banana cut into thirds
  • 1 cup milk any kind will work
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered until smooth (we use a Vita-mix).
  • Pour into 3 glasses and garnish with yogurt, whipped cream, and/or additional berries (if desired).

Notes

This recipe has a thicker, shake-like consistency. If you prefer more of a drink, use fresh berries instead of frozen.
