Instructions
Refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight.
The next day, open it and spoon out into a bowl (it should be somewhat hardened from refrigeration).
Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Whip with a hand or stand mixer until it resembles whipped cream.
Serve and enjoy!
