Buttery Bread Recipe

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup milk 90-110ºF
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups flour
  • tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in the order list to your bread machine. Run on dough cycle.
  • When the dough is complete, divide the dough into 20-24 equal portions and shape it into balls.
  • Place dough balls on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375º.
  • Bake risen rolls in preheated oven for 13-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Brush with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
