Ingredients
3/4cupsoftened butter
3/4cupbrown sugar
1 1/2cupsflour
3/4cupgraham cracker crumbs(I do this with a plastic freezer bag and rolling pin.)
3cupsmini marshmallows
1 1/2cupschocolate chips
3/4cupchopped pecans(or other nuts, optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9×13 pan.
Put the graham crackers in a plastic freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin to make graham cracker crumbs.
With a hand mixer, beat together softened butter and brown sugar.
Mix in flour and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
Firmly press the crust mixture into the greased 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle evenly with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts.
Bake 15-20 min at 375 degrees.
Cool thoroughly before cutting into bars. (I stick the cooled bars in the fridge for 30-60 minutes before cutting them. I always cut them with a plastic knife, because it makes the cleanest cuts).
