Orange Cream Smoothie

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups frozen oranges
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 5 teaspoons raw sugar

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth (we use a Vita-mix).
  • Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to substitute vanilla yogurt for the plain yogurt -- and then omit the sugar.
