In a medium size bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add butter, then pour in hot water.
Stir until the dough starts to come together.
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead with your hands for 1-2 minutes, or until it forms a smooth ball.
Put dough back in the bowl, cover dough with a damp towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12-14 pieces and roll each one into a ball (they don’t have to be perfect).
Use a rolling pin or tortilla press to flatten each ball into an 8-inch circle.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add a little olive oil, then place a tortilla in the pan.
Cook for 30-60 seconds until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip and cook for another 30 seconds until lightly golden.
Transfer to a plate and cover with a towel.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Enjoy warm or save for later!
