Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Mix flour and salt together.
Add water and oil and mix into a sticky dough.
Place dough on a floured surface and knead briefly.
Divide dough in half and roll each half into rectangle shape.
Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper and place rolled out dough on them.
Roll dough even thinner if you’d like crispier crackers (or keep it thicker if you prefer).
Cut dough into small squares using a pizza cutter.
Sprinkle with salt, sesame seeds, or leave them plain.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Stir/rearrange the partially-baked crackers and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until crackers are light golden and crispy.
Let cool for at least 5 minutes.
